I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for several years and it has had a profound effect on my practice as a musician, as well as on my life in general.
I share my methods and exercises with others, often together with my colleagues from Play As We Are.
This year I will complete my studies as a trainer for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - a secular, scientifically researched method, which teaches the basics of meditation.
